Pavement Assessment and Preparation
We walk the pavement and see what we’re working with, checking for cracks, potholes, failed areas, drainage concerns, and oil spots, then point out anything that needs attention before sealcoating. From there, we clear away dirt, vegetation, debris, and loose material to provide a properly prepared surface for the sealcoat.
Crack and Pavement Repairs
Depending on the pavement condition and approved scope, we may recommend crackfilling, patching, or other necessary repairs first.
Sealcoat Application
After prep and approved repairs are complete, we apply the sealcoat to the prepared asphalt, taking care to create a clean, consistent finish across the treated surface. We protect curbs, concrete, utility features, buildings, and other adjacent surfaces during application.
Curing and Pavement Markings
