Lake Ridge Association

We performed a series of asphalt sealcoating for our clients at the Lake Ridge Association. The full scope of work included commercial asphalt paving, asphalt sealcoating, plus we installed a concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, striping and signage on the property. The full cost of the project was $480,000.00.

Crack Barrel

Who doesn’t love Cracker Barrel? We were excited to help this restaurant’s Dulles, Virginia location with concrete flatwork and more. We helped install concrete flatwork, stone, asphalt paving, striping and signage. Our client IDEAL Construction was happy with the end results, which cost $572,000.00.

Montgomery Mall

Time to go shopping! We assisted our client Whiting-Turner (contractor) and Westfield (owner) with a concrete excavation project in Bethesda, Maryland. We completed commercial asphalt paving, installation of a concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, striping, signage and concrete excavation. Total cost of the project was $622,000.00.

Pinecrest HOA

Homeowners Association projects require attention to detail and quick turnaround, so as not to disrupt the resident’s day-to-day lives. Pro-Pave was able to help the Pinecrest HOA in Alexandria, Virginia with installation of sidewalks, concrete curbs, gutters, signage and striping. We also sealcoated the area. The total cost for our client CMC Management was $114,000.00.

Hilltop Roger Carter Recreation Center

The Hilltop Roger Carter Recreation Center is located in Ellicott City, Maryland. Our client Milltown Associates had Pro-Pave work with their contractor Hamel Builders to install stamped colored concrete in the area. We also provided porous concrete installation, unit pavers, a curb, gutter and sidewalk. The total cost of the project was $1.1 Million.
